I had issues in purchasing 2 of the new VTAC hawks before Christmas, some regarding delivery and some concerns over the appearance of the hawks.
I have to say that Mr. Prisco has definitely gone the extra mile to make sure things are "right" for me, including replacing one of the VTAC hawks because of the amount of "scale" on the head. This was only a cosmetic issue, but Mr. Prisco was willing to work an exchange to keep me happy.
This is exceptional customer service, and I will be happy to do business with him and his company in the future.
