Just thought i'd add another accolade to Andy's reputation. I ordered a Busse BM back when the E handles were just becoming common knowledge. Throughout the long wait he was always quick (at the latest overnight) at responding to e-mails, always friendly and happy to help out with strange requests.

During the course of time, he sent me two (yes, 2) loaners, a mean street and a steel heart 2. the combined values of these was far higher than my BM, but he had no problems. He even shipped my BM before he received them back.....

Then Andy did the ultimate.... I live in Australia, so shipping is normally expensive... In this case it was $75, delivered to my door. He offered to pay this. I could hardly belive this generosity. As much as it's incredible, i have told him i will pay it, partly as a way of saying thankyou for everything he has done for me.

Andy, you've been simply incredible. No words can express how helpful this man has been. I would never hesitate to give him my unreserved reccomendation, and i am truly proud to know him.

James, I have to agree with you

A few months ago I was going on a trip to the Boundary Waters and didn't have my Battle Mistress that I ordered from Andy. I was itching to take it up with me and chop, chop, chop

I asked Andy if there was a chance that it would arrive in time, though it looked slim. Since it wasn't ready yet, he sent me his own personal knife to use- a custom Busse bolo. To top that off, he overnighted it and it arrived the same morning on the day we were leaving.
Andy Prisco is indeed a rare breed. He really looks out for his customers and Jerry Busse couldn't have chosen a better person to associate with.

Andy retains all the qualities one would look for in a dealer, and more. He's prompt, thorough, honest, professional, and beyond that, he's also just a great person. He treats his customers as though they're his friends, and in a way, I think he really feels that way too. His enthusiasm for Busse knives spills over into every conversation, and his generous nature into every transaction.

Andy Prisco personifies "The Good' more so than any other dealer I've ever done business with. If this thread is starting to look like a couple of Andy's friends just want to say a few nice things about him, then it's only because Andy makes all his customers feel like they're his friends.

Yup! Andy always goes that extra mile for customers. And I can't think of another dealer with his enthusiasm. Keep up the great work Andy. We REALLY appreciate it!

I get some pleasure from finding a relentlessly peaceful use for a combative looking knife.
