To whom it may concern:
I would like to publicly announce my graditude to Andy Prisco and Jerry Busse for the time and effort they are putting forth in making sure I am well equiped before departing with the 11th MEU (SOC) in March. I am a Marine preparing for deployment and sold my other (and only Busse) approx. 5 months ago.
I placed an order with Andy for a varient SH-E in Dec. and have hassled him nonstop for the last two months on every minor detail...
He has earned my trust by giving me reassurance on the design and helping me realize what will and won't work. He has earned my respect by repeatedly returning my phone calls, even if he was calling at 02:15 (his time-not mine...)
For everything you have done to get this knife to me, Andy, I thank you.

i really can't wait to see it either...
it is being shipped to my fiancee since the Corp has a way of misplacing larger packages...

The varient is a Steel Heart E with a shouldered clip point, subtle recurve in the edge of the blade, 2" of large tooth serrations, a pronounced thumb rest, and an extra lanyard hole in the butt of the tang...
She will be a beauty!!!

I have a real good supplier in NJ, his name is Andy Prisco. After dealing with him on bows and knives, Andy has become not only a great supplier, but a true friend.

His character & customer service is what got my attention. Match that with his personality, and you can't help but like him.

 
I know I'm preaching to the choir on this one, but I have to add my $.02 of agreement to this thread praising Andy's efforts on behalf of his customers. What Andy says, you can take to the bank. Bet your last dollar on it and come away a winner. He's the sure bet.

Each time he's predicted the arrival date of a blade he's hit it on the exact day it arrived. Dealing with Andy is seamless & hassle-free. Andy's customer satisfaction efforts are top notch. When I think of buying any Busse Combat blade, there's only one man I call: Mr Prisco!!

Andy, thanks for all your efforts. They do not go unnoticed or unappreciated.
