I put my beat up AFCK, falling apart from abuse in a padded evelope, No Innsurance, No Delivery confirmation, No Money for return shipping. I just recieved the knife back today. New scales, new screws, new spacer, new clip and razor sharp. They pretty much replaced everything except the blade, which is the older Spydie Hole, or else they probably would have replaced that. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Angie and BM crew!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Great story, Bad Guy! I believe BM customer service to be tops in the industry. Enjoy that "new" knife!:D
 
I also had an very good experience with Angie and my 690. She's a class act for sure!
 
benchmades repair/warranty service is the best in the industry. its one more reason that 17 of my 25 folder are by them.
