I needed another clip for my 721 and Angie came through for me again!!! they did send me one earlier this year, but she is sending one again!!! now thats really good service!!! for those of you who remember I had a problem with a 180 outbounder a while back. she took care of the problem in spades!!! so to speak!!! she had overnighted a new one too me at no charge!1 (to replace the defective one).
