Allows you to maintain an exactly identical angle for each sharpening stroke,
and subsequent change to different stones. [fantastic!]
When the bubble is in the center, the knife will be at a 15 degree angle to the stone.
[or 18 degree, if requested]. Thus you maintain a precise and consistent angle when sharpening.

Hi Thomas. You have to be a paying forum member to sell here. If you are then you need to change your status in your settings.

Pictures are hosted off site. Photobucket is the simplest. It has a menu for linking images in html and img forum format.
