I know their 440-c and 1095 are listed as annealed. Their 5160 is not listed as such but upon receiving a bar I confirmed it was. No preparation of those steels is necessary. I have worked their 1095 and 5160 and they are good to go right out of the box, work well and take a great HT. I haven't ordered any other steel from them though so can't confirm...
Check the steel with a file when you get it, but an annealing cycle won't hurt anything either if it already is. I would not think spheroidizing would be necessary unless there is a particular reason you wish to work the steel in that uber-ductile state. For me, the amount of time to hold the steel at temp would be prohibitively expensive in gas money... A typical anneal will relieve any previously induced stres that you may be concearned with anyway.
I have had excellent results so far with the steel I have sourced from them. It has performed post HT to expectations or better.
