annealing temp for ats34

i need to learn how to anneal some ats34 blades, such as Temp & time. For some reason my mill was off .0006 when drilling the pivot holes, now need to re drill and make some bushings.

Jim get a carbide drill bit and drill then hard. less muss and fuse than anealing and rehardening.

Good advise Bill but how will this effect my reamer. Or can use your lapper?
