I had considered holding out for the LE because I like satin as well, But then it wont match my NMFSH.

That Blue and Black on DC NMFSH at the top of the page looks sweet.

That's a great combo, When I scored my NMFSH CG DC in the Santa Ganza, It was between the DC with Black Micarta and the Blue/Black G10 and Double Cut.
I went with the G10 because blue is my favorite color and the knife will see wet conditions outdoors and I figured the G10 is less likely to absorb moisture than the micarta.

Thanks for your help. I was wondering about the knives not on the Busse web page. The bigger ones. I have the impression that they're only available through private parties, etc. Is that true?

Yes, Somewhat true, If the knife you're interested in is a past offering like an NMFBM or NMSFNO etc... You have to watch the "Busse, Swamprat & Scrapyard for sale" forum for someone to sell a model you are looking for, But that's hit or miss. If you send an e-mail or private message to Pokey1 and request to be added to their e-mail/news letter list, You'll receive and e-mail when new models are being offered, They will usually be offered in a "Gaaannzzaa" pre-designated date and time and then possibly added to the Busse website after the Ganza, But not always, The NMSFH and NMFSH LE were only offered through the Ganza so if you missed it, The only possibility is if someone who did not miss the Ganza decides to sell theirs.
As a matter of fact, An e-mail just went out today about the newest offering called The Tali-wacker, The Ganza is the 25th of this month between 9 and 10PM.
Message Pokey1 in the Busse Combat froum and she will probably send you the Tali-wacker e-mail.
