I was trying to find pictures of the Dungeon Doll Barbie but all I could find are NSFW.
 
The difficult cuts for me are when I take out a chunk of flesh and there is nothing to pinch together. When that happens the docs use a pressure bandage. I usually put some gauze over the thing and wrap a rubber band around it. As long as you watch out for gangrene it seems to do the trick admirably. Any roads THANKS FOR THE BLOOD

This is a tool used to get into the subconscious of little girls. Then when they grow up they start dressing like hookers, all because of Barbie. Oh yeah... nice knife!!
