Many thanks all. Got a call from Pradeep this AM at 6 (woke me up) to report on his new 5 month old baby girl and shop goings on. She's doing fine & pix coming with next shipment of khukuris.

To Joi (me -- "son in law") and Banji (Yangdu -- niece) and all the fine HI customers who sent money for me: If you had not done this thing I think I would be dead so your great gift has given me more life than perhaps I deserve and for this there is not enough thanks in the world. I remember you all in my daily puja and when we do Bishwakarma puja we pray for all of you. This is the best I can do to repay you. Blessings to all of you and a special thanks from me and my family from the bottom of our hearts.

Happy 15th to all of Himalayan Imports. This Co. is made up of good folk, and it shows. I have seen Bill bend over backwards to make sure everyone is happy and content with their purchases, even the toughest-to-please of customers. (I'm sure there's a whole chain of folks in HI aiming to please, and it shows.)
Respect for the customer is always noted by good customers, and they bring more customers...and so on. Bang up job, good wishes to all the Kamis, and everyone who gets the khuks (and other articles that show up every now and then) from the forge to the field.

But, I think it maybe a happy, middle ground. I purchased a Kagas Katne! I get the deal and Uncle Bill et al lose the least, dollar wise.
