Anniversary SHSH?

Honest question. Does Mr. Busse let public opinion sway his final judgement on a knife or anything related to the knife such as length of a run or price? the only reason I ask is that there are always alot of request for certain models or design features on new models that people like or dislike.

If RVO3VOM is right, the Anni SH1 will be a close repro of the original, substituting, I assume, INFI for ATS-34. That should mean same Blade length, width, thickness, shape, grind (NO (Please NO) Corrugated Bevel Technology), Handle shape and size, Slabs (smooth?), and, perhaps, updated fasteners (press tube instead of smooth ground bolt). We'll see. Pete

I hope Boss doesn't change a thing... except for making it out of INFI!!!

The style and design of the SH1 is perfect as it is...

I agree I really like the design, I dont own one but I have held one and I really like it, cant wait tell I can order mine!

Any SHBA's that you may have will need to be sent to me for examination.
Your's are most certainly defective and need proper disposal which I will do at no cost to you.
Because I'm such a giver I'll even pay shipping. :D

Calm down....take a deep breath.....and count.....to.....ten. Better? DAVE!! You already had his!!! :p I traded it to you a while ago after he traded it to me :D  I totally admire the badgerman and his uncanny ability to dig up the virtually undiggable  the motto of the badgerman is as follows: "Leave no stone unturned." that pretty much sums it up. Basically how I found some of my straight handles!

Paul,

Not to worry.
That one is now the passaround SHBA.
I think it's time for me to PM Papathud and see how many Badgers he still has. :D

Dave:

Like ocean wear away cliffside, so to can badgerman come away with 'thud's SHBA's. So say wise and venerable Paulfucious.

I almost miss that Badger by the way........ALMOST. That SHBM pretty much makes it all better :p. Thanks to you I found the perfect blade (next to the Eu mag of course). Those guys are going to get a kick on that passaround! Way cool of ya Dave!

"Here is what Jerry said about it.

"A revamped version of the Straight Handled Steel Heart One is coming back for its final hurrah!!!. . .

It will have similar overall specs as the first one from the early 1990's but will be much cooler!!!!!

The release date has yet to be set, but it will be sometime in 2007!!!!

Thanks for all of your input!

Jerry "

I think the key words are revamped, similar overall specs, much cooler.

And here is my oringinal suggestion:

"We need something that is a mixture of classic and modern, the old and the new, spanning the entire history of Bussee Combat.

We need the Steel Heart I blade shape, faithfully duplicated, same blade length, full flat grind, slightly arching spine, etc., in INFi of course, with a Fusion or SF handle, in Satin/SnakeSkin."

So I am really hoping it wll be close to what I want.

Why... is some guy going to actually use one?

YES and if I was ever lucky enought to have AMY make me a HOG and I order the ANNI blade I would use that too....and you can take that to the bank:D

I try to let em sit buy my I drink some scotch and that INFI goes......."use me...USE ME!!!" so it doesnt matter how hard I try, they get used. So yes this one will be used.
