Sounds good, I'm glad action is being taken. I've submitted my info and will be spreading the word. Also, noticed a little typo on your FAQs page.

"Many company safety policies already to exactly that for on-the-job use."

I know the site is in an incredibly early incarnation, but I suppose the more professional it looks, the better.

Somehow, using a word that describes a notable part of many martial arts training regimes as an integral part of the organization's URL just didn't seem like a good idea at the time... <shrug>

We can use all the help we can get and without a professional copy editor, its your eyes that'll have to do that job.

Doug, I'm all for supporting an organization that will stand for the knife owners. Are you interested in foreign members? Or is this just a US thing?

In any case, good job on getting this rolling.
 
You have pointed out that you have no professional copy editor but I would still like to know if it is American Knife and Tool Institute or American Tool and Knife Institute (you have it both ways). I assume it is the former since you always use AKTI but it causes me some confusion (hard to remember which way the acronym should be now).

I went back to see exactly where I saw your mistake and I see you removed (apparantly) the description for the acronym but I noticed that you still have an acronym as ATKI I suppose you will fix that also.

I'll join! I'm on public insecure wireless for a little while longer while moving into my new apartment but you can bet once I get my private network up I'll join.
 
theres another typo, on the page right after you put in your info. It says with but should be will. Great things will come of this new organization, I'm glad I signed up.
