Blade in perfect shape. Factory edge. The handle doesn't have any scratches just the fading mentioned above. Box and papers included.

Is it easy to sand the flat area of the scale and remove the anodizing?

I do not know the procedure, but there are youtube videos showing how to do exactly that. I recall watching them awhile back
