Anodizing line ready for first run.

Fred what kind of power supply are you using. I started out using 10 amp battery charger and was pleased with the results at first. Repeatability became a problem not able to get same color on different sized parts. Went with a constant currant power supply made for anodizing from Caswell Plating and it is great. Be sure and get some of there fume blocker it works.
I'm building a power supply to do titanium. Where when anodizing aluminum its current that counts and the voltage can float. Anodizing titanium is totally different and requires a variable voltage transformer that can produce 0 to 130 volts DC. You have to use ex stream caution because that's enough to curl you hair.
