I ordered a Tyson Bushcrafter a couple months ago from Bryan and absolutely love it! Anyway, my wife had been stealing it from me lately, so I ordered a modified KAT knife (with thanks to KGD) for her.

Here it is:

It came with a horizontal option on the sheath, which I requested. My wife doesn't like wearing a belt knife, so she's going to strap this on her water bottle strap like Bryan does in some of his pictures.

Maybe now my wife will stop stealing my knife!:D Or maybe, I'll start stealing hers!!

Great job Bryan!

Looks really good. That osage will darken up nicely over time. I think you will at least covet her sheath. Those new multiple carry sheaths are really quite awesome!

Nice looking knife and I love the sheath idea.

Anyone know who first did the X style vertical/horizontal rig?(sorry to go a bit off topic)

Great knife. I also like that sheath idea, on the water bottle strap.

I like the contouring on the handle, looks comfy. Sheath looks good as well.

Nice knife. I owned a modified KAT (just like KGD's) for about two hours when I lost it in the woods. I really should replace it someday.

Hi all,
Thanks all for the comments on Stacy's knife and sheath. That
osage wood is just a great handle materail. Like kgd said it will age well.
The handle shaping just fits the hand like a glove.
It is pretty cool to for each of you to have your own knife LOL.
no stealing the one from the other LOL.

CKE2, about 3 months back or so CM Gray from here on the forums sent me
a drawing of the sheath he wanted for his Pathfinder knife. That is the first time I had seen that type of sheath with the X style as you call it.
I liked it so much that I have been making them up since. They are just such a great way to carry your knife vert/horiz.

Jds1, Rocketbomb, has a point, A orange one would be easyer to see if you set it down or Dropped it;). That really does stink that you lost your knife.
I was sorry to hear that when you told me that.

Thanks again, all for the kind comments on the knife and sheath I made,

Bryan
