Here goes:
Taylor balisong with "Taylor surgical japan" on the blade. Blade is 3.5 in tanto with a slightly upswept blade. Tanto tip type is more Japanese than the gemetric American type. The handles are 2 layered, one layer stainless and stainless and dark hardwood scales over those.

I have one too,I got it at a martial arts store for $40.00 a few years ago.The tip dose have a slight up swept to it I took of the wood scales sanded them down so they were contured with the handles which are diecast.It has a nice thick blade and it took forever to sharpen.
