Another Batch. Starting a nice pile of Blade Show Knives

Masur birch, Baltic Birch, and Karelian Birch are interchangeable terms on this side of the pond. The wood company I order it from calls it Baltic Birch. The stores here in Atlanta call it Masur Birch. Lots of woods have this multi-name thing going on. Osage Orange, for example has more than I can ever remember.

:o Apologies Andy, I sounded like a bit of a douche there.

I've genuinely never heard it called that.

Over here Baltic Birch is a generic term used for very drab, light coloured woods from the birch family and is used in plywood!! I wish plywood was made from your Baltic Birch ;)

Sounds like its just misused over here bro. No big deal. I'll stop calling it BB, and go with Masur.
