Another Best EDC list this time from "Outside" a gear and outdoor web site.

After seeing the list once again I thought they really missed some great blades not to mention compared knives that don't seem at all comparable? What would you have suggested? Full disclosure I only have two knives off the list (Blur and Native)

Worse than some, better than others. At least it sounds like they honestly did some testing.

Weird to see Gerber on there... Not so sure about SOG, either.

I don't get that test at all. It felt like they were paid to add Gerber and SOG products. That entire list could have been made up of Spyderco, Kershaw, Buck, Benchmade, etc. and been a better list.

They most likely are paid by some companies. The website looks like one big ad.

The gerber, sog, and crkt had no buisness being there and I belive are all brand new for this year. The native and blur are not new just new iterations. Seems quite suspicious to me. Again, seems like an ad.

Edit to add: if I am going to watch review videos from websites that sell things I will do it on one of our paid dealers like BladeHQ. I mean, BladeHQ has some good videos with some interesting tests and there is no guise in what they are there to do: sell you knives. And I don't have to look at ads from Dicks, VisitNC, vasque, northface, zippo, newbalance, and on and on.
