Hi everyone!
Well the first one sold right away so today I am offering another one of my Workhorse models! This is a “do it all” kitchen knife from 80CrV2 carbon steel.
The knife is 11 3/8” overall with a 6” blade. The knife is 2” wide at its tallest point (right in front of the scales.). The knife has a high flat grind with a distal taper. It is excellent for slicing but strong enough for just about anything you will encounter in the kitchen.
The scales are a beautiful stabilized Peruvian Walnut with Chocolate G-10 liners. Scales have been hand sanded to 1,000 grit and treated with several layers of wax. The handle has one deco pin (the famous bomb pin!) and two brass pins.
