** BOTH KNIVES HAVE SOLD **

.........we are moving out of home of 35 years and I am selling off much of my collection.

..............from my personal collection, brand new....just as they came from the factory.....NEVER used, carried or sharpened. These are nice ones.

2) JOHN PRIMBLE PEACHSEED BONE 2 BLADE CANOE :

Mint unused John Primble pocket knife in a canoe pattern. 3 5/8" closed with a 2 3/4" main blade and a 2" secondary. The knife is very handsome looking, and the workmanship is top notch.....just as you would expect from Queen.....with peachseed, jigged bone handles, nickel silver bolsters and "bomb" shield, and brass liners and pins. The main blade has the John Primble logoetch and it's ricasso is stamped with "JOHN PRIMBLE LOUISVILLE, K.Y. MADE IN THE U.S.A.". The reverse is stamped "AUTHORIZED REPRODUCTION STAINLESS." My records show this was made in the early
1990's, as I believe I bought this in 1994.

  • 3 5/8" Closed.
  • Nickel Silver Bolsters, Brass Liners, and Bomb Shield.
  • Mirror Polished Stainless Steel Spear and Pen Blades.
  • Tang Stamped "John Primble Louisville, KY, Made in USA".
  • Manufactured in the 1990's by Queen.

CAMILLUS CCC-2 CARTRIDGE SERIES 30-30 WINCHESTER BULLET, JIGGED BONE MUSKRAT; number 2 IN THE SERIES OF 6; MINT IN THE BOX. : **SOLD **
This is the second in a series of collector knives made in Camillus, NY by Camillus Cutlery Company. They had been making knives for over 125 years and unfortunately are no longer in operation. The knife patterns in the series, begun in 1991, are replicas of the famous Remington Bullet knives introduced in the 1920's and 30's. All of the handles in this series were genuine jigged bone, and Camillus used actual cartridge heads and inert primers for the shield on the knife handle. The blades are 440 stainless steel.....with brass liners and nickel silver bolsters. The CCC-2 is a Big Muskrat, 4-1/4' closed, with two 3-1/4" blades. The Cartridge is the .30-30 Winchester. Camillus Classic Cartridge is etched onto the main blade. The spey blade is etched with the specs of the cartridge. The tang is stamped CCC-2. New in the box with all original paperwork and inserts. This one is perfect in every way......ready for someone's collection.....or pocket !
  • SECOND IN THE CAMILLUS CARTRIDGE LIMITED EDITION LINE. Pattern R4353
  • 440 STAINLESS BLADES , WITH BRASS LINERS with HANDLES CRAFTED FROM NATURAL BONE, and HIGHLIGHTED WITH AN AUTHENTIC CARTRIDGE HEAD AND INERT PRIMER.
  • KNIFE MEASURES 4 1/4" CLOSED.
  • MADE IN THE USA.

Gramps, A lot of the older slip joint folders were fingernail breakers to open . For some you even needed a nail nick tool to open them . I was wondering how hard these knives you have for sale were to open with fingernails in the nail nick . Thanks ! !

......both are in the "sweet spot".....good snap, but not so much that you'd break a nail.

I always found the late 1980's made Blue Grass Cutlery, Queen-made Winchesters to be tighter than....well you know; those Winchesters sure were handsome and well built, but some were near impossible to open !

Camillus Bullet Muskrat and Queen made John Primble Canoe both reduced again.
