Another Colorado Question: ASP

I'm sure it's none too legal to carry a 16" or 21" ASP baton, but exactly how illegal is it?

The state allows it, iirc. Careful about concealing one, though, it may fall under "or other dangerous device" depending on the local authorities. (Expect it to.)

It would not surprise me to find that many Metro-Denver municipalities restrict them. Check first, is my advise.

so do you use the baton to subdue aggressive trout and keep them from damaging the bed of your pick up truck??

I will be in colorado elk hunting next week. Been really looking forward to this.
