I thought I'd take my other new custom out today so I could get ya some pics. This one is by Dave Farmer and I got it in trade.

Any other time I'd be shouting from the mountain tops about how good this knife is but all I kept thinking was how I prefer my TTSK, I guess if ya design your own knife and then don't like it there would be something wrong eh !!!

My TTSK aside this is a great knife, I did a little bit of testing and this knife cuts like a demon making pointing sticks and cutting notches a breeze !

I also decided to test my JK Tin knife to see how it works out for striking a ferro rod......

At the moment the edge on this is proving to be a challenge as it scrapes at wood more than cuts it but to be fair John makes these as ferro rod strikers but mine would get ya by as can be seen in this pic where I had scraped some Fatwood shavings and cleaned up a stick !

It does however throw a mean spark !

nice looking knife Pit... those Farmers are crazy sharp.... cool looking lttle fire kit too... i finally got a JK tin knife, along with a cool fire kit from CBryant...:)

Nice knife, with a sweet fire kit! Love the little tin sized knives. Weigh next to nothing, and are very useful in my opinion!! Thanks for the pics!

Hey Pit, my little kit knife didn't come very sharp either. I spent just a couple of minutes on mine with a diamond hone, then a ceramic stick and got it scalpel sharp. And the spine is plenty square to even scrape magnesium with.
