Hello again,

This Knife was handforged to shape by me. The damnascus blade is 15n20 and 1084 with a finer pattern. The blade has been double quenched and shows a faint double quench line. This is a very nice profilled random pattern damascus. The upper portion of the blade has a false edge.

The Handle is desert ironwood from Arizona and has black and red spacer material meeting at the brass guard. The brass is not the soft stuff used by most makers.....believe me.....

The tang extends 3/4 into the handle. The sheath is an alligator medium brown pattern.

Priced to move at $SOLD included is shipping inside the Cont. US. If overseas, please email me for adjusted shipping.

Thanks for looking........

Daniel Prentice

Got my blade today. Anybody that has bought more than 2 or 3 custom blades online knows that they are not all created equal. You look the blade over as close as you can, you check out the maker's website if he has one, you do some searches on his past blades and check out how they were received by other guys like yourself and ultimately you step up to the plate, spin the wheel and spend your hard earned cash. Some of the blades I have received I regretted purchasing and would never have spent the money on had I been able to inspect the item personally. Albeit beauty is in the eye of the beholder and with that I'd have to say that the blade I got from Dan is without a doubt a beauty. Hand forged damascus, a nice fat ironwood handle for my big hands, outstanding balance, and an absolute bargain of a price. A beauty of a knife indeed, thanks Dan.

I got to say that I am very proud that you think so highly your knife. I really enjoyed making it but now I have enjoyed it much more after reading your comment.

The next time you get something from me remind me you have the fighter. I would like to throw in something extra for ya....

Thanks again,

Daniel Prentice

Will do Dan. Everybody who picks that blade up is thoroughly impressed with it, with the exception of those with itty bitty hands, and that just breaks my heart :D
