You can use the 6 feet of 550-lb military grade paracord (and the 2 feet of 440-lb 3mm utility cord) in a variety of emergency/survival situations: E.g., replace a broken shoelace, make gear tie-downs, fashion lashings for an emergency shelter or stretcher, make a tourniquet, stint a broken limb, tie your knife to a stick as a hunting/fishing spear, or use the 7 inner nylon strands for sutchers, sewing stitches, or fishing line, and much, much more. . . .
Your imagination is the limit, really. Plus, they look kinda cool.
