Another joins the BK2 crew

My mom asked me what gift I'd like for a birthday or Christmas...so naturally I asked for a bk-2, right? Well I handled it today and guess what...I DON'T WANT TO WAIT!!!!!!!! With a birthday in Jan, this wait just might be my demise!!!

Just buy one anyways,. If you get another one later.... BONUS !!

Seriously, it is an awesome knife. I'm trying to hunt down some stainless screws right now ( regular HW stores don't have them here).

Today , I split 3" winter birch with it. NO PROBLEM. Bottom line: If i had to carry only one knife in the bush, the BK2 would be it. It won't let you down. The amazing thing is it splits firewood AND makes fuzzsticks. All in a compact package. The sheath is a good one. All riveted and pretty solid.

All the positive stuff you read here and elsewhere about this knife are all true.
