  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Another Kaala question.

This knife is almost exactly the same as the original prototype from Tom Mayo himself - the first hole (closest to the blade) had to be moved to the side a bit to make it work with button catch in the ambidextrous sheath, but other than that, it looks like the original proto.

TLC -
The Kaala really fits very well in the hand - the lightening holes, the curves, the choil all work together really well to give a nicely secure grip.

I collect skeletonized knives and have many, both custom and production.
The Kaala is a good one. (Especially for the 60 bucks or so that it sells for.)

$60 is a steal for that knife - normal wholesale is about 50 bucks! Good find! As for wrapping the handle, we've actually played around with it around the office too - it looks pretty cool. No plans for production though.
