another one for the HT pile

hi guys. I just made this little drop point hunter yesterday. this brings my pile to 4 time to send them out for HT.
this one is #/16" 440c hollow ground (of course)
8" OAL
3 3/4" BL will be sending out this batch on friday. will have more pix to share when they get back

What grit is that finished to, looks very coarse. knife looks good.

right now it's at 80 grit the scanner realy makes the scratches stand out alot.
I'll take it up to 220 b4 I send it away.

Not sure where you are sending it, but you should be able to go a whole lot finer than 220g. It's a whole lot easier to grind soft steel than hard.

well actualy, being here in alberta, I was planning on sending them to you.
what grit finish would you recomend B4 HT?

no this isnt Gerry. I sent you a couple emails a while ago inquiring about HT prices and wether or not you'd do singles or only bunches of blades.
