Here is one I made following all the suggestions I got on the last one I posted. I think it came out a lot better than the first. Specs are 3/16" O1, 5.75" blade, 10.75" oal, with oak handle and aluminum pins.

That's awesome! Is it flat or convex grind? Did you use a belt sander to grind the bevel? Is the oak stabilized? Thanks a lot for sharing...:):thumbup:
 
Excellent looking Blade Stomper :thumbup: Looks like a great utility/everday kind of knife, one that would work for almost any task. Keep up the good work bro :cool: I love that oak btw.
 
I flat ground the blade on a belt sander then put a convex edge on it. The oak is from a plank I bought, so it`s probably not stabilized, I just hand rubbed some linseed oil on it. This knifemaking is addictive!
