You can look up what all they have for cv there, I think that there is red bone, dark red bone, yellow delrin, amber bone, the chestnut peachseed jigged bone with blued blades, which I am carrying, and then a couple damascus, and alot of ss options as well. My new Sunday peanut is the Prime Stag version with SS, which can take a really good cutting edge, just does not hold it as long as cv does.
