Just thought I would tell you of my experience, won a knife on ebay with them, did not hear from them the day after, so from what I had read on forum, thought I would take precautions and send them an email about item. PROMPT REPLY with the tracking number provided. Of course, I did ask them if I needed to call David to get the status. Anyway, according to the records provided, it had already shipped. They get an good report in my book.:thumbup:
