I was thinking about making a wall hanger to go behind my desk. Have the Axe and my RMJ Snuggles crossed, run my Viking serpent down the middle and the put a shield on top to make a cool coat of arms looking setup

Yeah, I may have gone a little overboard with HFB stuff. I mainly buy on secondary market. For example there are two non production red clouds for sale right now for $350 on Facebook. Best price I've seen so far, from a guy I bought 1k worth in hawks.... Buying at drops is complicated, I failed last 2 times as I got cart sniped. Then again I went for fancy stuff everyone wanted.

I still would prefer busse for hard use, no questions. But, I love the aesthetic of HFB.

Agreed. I was kinda thinking the red cloud as an every day nice carry fixed blade but I’ve always been hesitant on the cost since I’ve never owned one. I was also looking at a compliance edge v4 as an every day and a Herectic orc I think the model is. Just hard to find a daily pocket or small fixed blade that I really like. I just have an ACAP thrown in my bag right now

I might have gone overboard with that particular size category. Like litteraly 2 of those are out for delivery right now....

Like I got 2 EDC, 2 HUMINT (3 and 4 inch), pulse checker, 3 DJ, enforcer, featherlight, 2 SHPOS, skeletor, 4 spikes, ring strike, chela and dirt nap. Crow cub is out for delivery. I tried to get new slenderman in elk this drop and failed.

That's from HFB, but I also have 4 ban tang knives, and wolf fourty seaf jr.

From busse in that category I got, GW2, rat warden and park ranger, and 3 inch push dagger (im not counting rat seax LE, because i donthink I'll carry that #2 of 10). I think park ranger is very under rated model, not many busse are offered in such a slim profile overall. Might crowd fingers a bit, but its a trade-off for easier carry option.

Also there was red crow varient released over last few months basically just like red cloud but not a clip point. If you want the cloud, I'd get one of those 2 for 350 right now, you are not ever going to get them for that price, even bolts option would be more expensive.

If you are interested in any of those models I can snap more pictures next to some of my busse knives for reference. And give my feedback.

The second you go over 4 inches, almost anything I'd use would probably be exclusively busse, with magnacut field knife from CPK for the humid stuff. CPK would be actually another option to consider for shorter stuff.

Dude, that's exactly what I'm planning! Except another axe instead of a snuggles. Been trying to get my hands on a nice rmj tomahawk or knuckle knife for a while, just waiting for then right one. Those snuggles are cool too!

Received the axe today and man that thing is a beast!!! I love it! It’s def one to stay in my forever collection. Now I just have to work on some mounts for it

My wife does crafting stuff on the side as a stress relief from military life, so I’m going to see what she can design for it.
