Irezumi, havent you commented on this before and gotten the same answer??? I believe it was in the thread about Flatgrinders trademark dispute.

That Khuk is pretty blatant, but how does one enforce a trademark over seas? I know China and Pakistan are pretty much out of reach, but Extrema Ratio is in a modern country.

Possibly mate...not sure. I know I have thought it. I admit it is something that grates on me a lot but not enought to start my own thread about it. It just seems like too simple an idea to trademark..just drilling a hole in a pommel. Anyway no big deal..my AK has the hole and some ERs I have had also had a hole and I like them all.
