It looks oblong, so I'm assuming their argument would be that there are multiple functions for it. In the picture showing the tang, if seems as if this is some type of multitool in addition to a big ass knife. I'm guessing they'll say its some sort of wrench along with talon hole or whatever. Idk if that makes it OK or what.
