Haven't seen a schmoo in years and years...

Classic. I'm under 50, but I was a precocious
reader. On a high school field trip to a university lab, we saw a poster of a schmoo upon which someone had written "It's a girl!!".

Just about none of the other student's recognized the schmoo.

BTW, the first pix of the Assam Kothimura showed up for me, just like it is supposed to. YIPPEEE!
 
The schmoo was certainly one of the greatest cartoon characters.

Yvsa, my crush on Daisy Mae really got bad when I first saw the movie "Li'l Abner." Seeing Leslie Parrish and Julie Newmar in a movie together with those costumes almost made my heart stop!

I still have dreams of Daisy (the lovely Miss Parrish) and Julie Newmar was just unblieavble. Being totally un-PC I have to say she was one great package. Thanks for THAT history lesson....

Are any of you guys comic book historians/experts? I have a picture that has characters I have no idea about.
 
I know one is Sheena, another The Scarlet Arrow and The Man in Black. I can give some educated guesses, but if you have any idea I can't wait to hear from you. Oh, I also know who that cute little baby is supposed to be.

Sorry Jim, it's for your own good. Big khuks have their advantages in CQB and wood chopping, but there's a place in the world for honest little workers like the 12" AK. So, like I said, it's for your own good, time for you to make peace with the little khukuris. You might even learn to like them.;) :p
