Another Thrift Shop Find

Nice score.
I can't stand that entire series of knives, and still would have grabbed it at that price.

I walked into a little Thrift Shop not far from my home this morning and hit the jackpot. A 2000 NOS Buck 119 still in the original packaging for $10 tax included. I did not argue with the price.

Nice score Randy! I had to laugh when I looked at the price and it said 10 O'Clock with a dollar sign :eek: I would keep checking there every few days and buy my lottery tickets at 10 O'Clock too. :)

Damn, you practically stole that! :D
And here you have to give about 100e to get one :,(

I hadn't noticed that it is funny. I just thought selling it for that price was not very smart but I guess it goes much deeper than that. :D

I think you are the first person I've ever come across that don't like these Buck's. All people have things they either like or don't like and that's absolutely fine. I guess I'm just curious as to what it is about these knives that turns you off if you don't mind sharing with us. Thanks in advance.

I'll give you $12 for it so you can say you turned a profit! When I was a kid, that exact Buck was my grail knife!

I don't think we need to veer that far off topic. :)

You got a great deal on a classic!
