i just remembered tonight about grainger industrial supply. i bought a blower there years ago and it really was reasonable and is still working. they have all kinds of stuff and a few blacksmithing hammers.
The nice thing about Grainger is they have warehouses all over creation. This can save you on shipping time/costs. The not-so-nice thing is you have to really watch their prices, some of their stuff is far over-priced. So far I've found better deals on steel, pin-stock, micarta etc., at places that cater to knifemakers.
But yeah, they're a reliable company as far as I know, and always worth a look.
EDIT the other nice thing is they have a kick-butt catalog, many a time I sat and paged through it, you never know what you might find in there
