Photos ANOTHER WICKED MIRABILE WAKIZASHI FOR MIKE W NEW VIDEO PG2

Thank you, Joe. I won’t say anything about my pants, but I am elated, to say the least. Mike

P. S. That wakizashi looks right at home on David’s Harley.

With Rick and Gregory as weird as they are you don’t need to they are already thinking it :)

It’s a very special sword and I’m glad it’s yours

That yours is cable which is one of my favorite mediums and mine is made of some ol axle just isn’t fair though :)

As for looking at home on David’s Harley I could not disagree more ..... your sword is at the pinnacle of design and performance and David’s Harley is a giant mini bike frame with a Briggs and Stratton bolted on :)

Ha! Yes, they seem to be able to cover a wide swatch of the fringe thinking.... much to my delight.

Your blade is the finest looking, and cutting, “some old piece of axel” that I have ever seen.

I’m guessing Harley Davidson won’t be asking for your help in the marketing and advertising department anytime soon. But having ridden them on and off for a chunk of my life, I have to say, they are lots of fun - even if one has to pull that Briggs and Stratton starter rope a few thiisand times to get them started.

And thank you for the kind words Joe. It always makes my day. Mike

I love to tease David about his bike he does the same to me about the eternal boat project I’m working on :)

Eternal is the only kind of boat project there is.

B.O.A.T. = break out another thousand. People who think they spend a lot of money on knives should get a boat just to put it into perspective.

Grats Mike157, that sword is a fantastic piece of edged art in the unmistakeable David Mirabile style.

Love the knife. I think it would match a blacked out naked sports bike better.

Something with carbon fiber amd titanium. Fast, with muscle.

Great video, Joe. Very much enjoyed how you were able to bring together all of the different aspects into one complete story. Maybe should have left that “Mike” guy out of it. Might bring your cinamatographic quality ratings down. You are way too gracious with your words about him.

Coop has the package on its way now and I am beyond excited. Having not handled it yet, Coop’s excellent photos and your fine video are the next best thing, and have really put David’s incredible abilities on display. Can’t wait. Very much appreciated. Mike

I need to learn 1/2 of Joe's video editing and shooting knowledge. Always GOOD!

Thanks for including the images in there. Yes, it's heading across the USA to Mike!

Great blade, great video, blah blah blah... David’s awesome.

...but who is that devilishly handsome man between you and Mike in that still shot from the Diskin booth at Blade Show?

:D

Joey, you’re a good egg, my friend. I stand in awe of David’s weaponsmithing prowess. I genuinely strive to learn from him whenever I’m given the opportunity.

...and you’re right, Mike is a fantastic guy. I’m a better person for knowing him, and that transcends the world of knives.

Matt you are a good man too and I am the better man for being able to call you friend

David and I meet many years ago through Matt Diskin who STeven introduced me to

It was my first Blade show

David had a mane of hair at the time :)

We seemed to gravitate to each other and immediately started bunking together at the shows ....... he also does all my ironing on the road :)

I have watched David carve out a very distinct path

In the world of blades it’s all been done before so to be able to walk your own path and make a body if work that is distinctive of you in this game is one of the greatest feats a bladesmith can accomplish

David’s work is recognizable from across the room and over the years I’m a not the only one that has seen the greatness

Over the years David has won best sword and fighter at the blade show and drawn a very select group of collectors and users into his fold

Men like John Sharp the world, famous African PH and Tony Marifione of MicroTech fame

I was once at the East Coast Knife show when a well known sword smith asked Tony who do you rank as a top tier performance bladesmith ......his answer was David Mirabile

Now the world is learning what a few of us already knew all along :)
