Thanks, I don't know what it is, but this style is very popular with the guys from Texas, hence the name. Me, I like a big knife but 8" is pushing it.

Thanks guys, can't post bigger pics though, Bladeforums won't let me, and these arn't good enough pics to put up on my web site and is basicly the same as the last Texas bowie.

I don't know what was up with this one, but it definatly had a tast for my blood, cut me 5 times befor I got done with it. Some just do that, most time I don't get a nick.
 
It's a "TEXAS" thing. I've wondered why I don't see much of the cable the last few years. I've always liked the look. I rember that it was all the rage at one time. Look's Texas enough for me Sir!
