it might sound kindof lame but, and I wouldn't even know where to start a project like this but I just wanted to know if there was enough interest for me to investigate it.
 
im up there with u 2...if i can be of help just let me know what i can do...
 
I admit it also, it might be a little lame but I collect patches also. I would be interested if the price was reasonable.

I'd be up for a couple if the price is right. I got a couple of vests that are itchin for a cool patch. :D

maybe something with the NWA or ironwolf forum knives....:)
 
I'd buy a couple for sure. I know Scott Gossman recently got some patches made, maybe he could help on getting that started.

I'm not much of an artist but maybe something that shows a knife, fire and shelter symbol would show the main idea of survival. Then have the BFWS lettering in there too.
 
I order patches for Scout groups. The place I use, Stadri, only requires rough art. They finish it up at no charge.

A 7-color 3" round 70% coverage embriodered is $1.39 if you order 100 or $1.09 for 200 pieces. $.06 ea. for extra colors. 15% more for fully embroidered. Add a little for envelopes and first class postage, and you're probably under $2.00 or only pennies over. $.20 more each for 3.5" diameter rounds.

It's easier is someone fronts the money. Need someone to do the mailing, but that really not a big deal, being mindless.
 
Designs could be submitted for group approval.

We would need OK from The Boss to use "Blade Forums" on the patch.
 
cool thanks for the interest, and help guys, Thomas that looks like a real handy connection I got an artist friend working on some designs.
 
Depending on the design I can see myself ordering at least 2.
