Anti-Terrorist Carry-On w/ Busse Accessories

You are crazy man! I live in Poland and sometimes I think, that americans are little crazy about guns, knives and terrorist. You always carry weapon, always talked about this, always increase adrenaline. And after that you have problems with terrorist, with crime and bandit.

Why don't you live like canadian? They are easy and cool-headed people...

My "funnin' around" bag just needed a cool name. Maxpedition Monsoon Gearslinger with STRipper and HH attached per Spec-Ops Survival Sheaths, a Surefire Outdoorsman E2 in the OD tube and a CamelBack Nalgene w/ bite tube for my beer:D . Inside are compass, binocs, firestarters, water purifier and misc. Just thought I'd share.

How do you have it mounted on there... I have a spec-ops mounted in the same place on my monsoon also. Is yours easily removablel? I have mounted mine with zip ties, so if I want to take the sheath off it's a pain in the rear. I really love my monsoon for a day pack... more so when the sheeply folks gasp when they see a knife, because they don't see the G17 with 3 spare mags in the hideaway compartment :D :D :D

well of course they are...they have US watching their backs!

Well we have close on side Lukaszenko in Byelorusia, something like Castro, but little more crazy. We have long history with wars, with "withe weapons" but american love for guns and weapons is sometimes misunderstood. I very like knives, I collect it, but never flaunt it.

Aren't you supposed to wear that strap over your head?
Part #2 response: DUH! It dawned on me what you meant on my way to my second kitchen install of the day (this is how it works with my A.D.D. brain). Yes, for regular carry, it does go over the head. My model;) was just demonstrating the leisure, war-monger carry:D .

It's mounted by the belt straps to PALS webbing on shoulder strap and MALICE clipped at the top of the shoulder to webbing just under pack handle. The MALICE clips make removal and attachment pretty simple.

That pocket is one of the reasons I got this bag. I'm putting the Kimber Custom II, I'm getting for B-Day/Christmas in that exact spot.;)

You would get along great with my mother in law, she thinks I'm some border line Bandito. :o 'Course the long hair and beard, Harley, safe full of guns and knives dont help the suituation. But saying Americans are all gun nuts is like saying all Irish are drunks, Scottish are fighters, and Polish. ....... ...... :foot: Its just not true and simply a generalization.

PS, can you tell my Canadian buddy that he is supposed to be cool headed and easy going! the dude is driving me nuts! :o

I think, that you misunderstood me... I not generalize people, I observe what people are doing and how consequence will be.
Polish people never think like beaten people, unfortunetly somtimes we dont now, what we need, but in every wars, we dont lost polish soul, even 1,5 century of occupations. I'm not sure that you know, Poland hard beated Soviet in 1920. After second war, Churchil and Roosvelt give complitly destroyed Poland for Soviet. Like Eastern Germany, Slovakia and few country.... but Poland first get-back freedom.
Great Britain and Poland first helps US in Iraq and Afganistan.... :)

That's right, some of the bravest, smartest and hard working folks I met while on the crab boats in Alaska were Polish. But, we Americans do like our craziness, guns, knives and drama. :D Thanks for coming back and joining the conversation.

Love the pics, love the blades. I've been looking at some Maxpedition gear, already have a cell phone holder, but is swallows my phone whole, so I don't use it much. Don't want to stir up a hornet's nest, but some guys on the USN have boycotted Maxpedition and I cant' find out why, does anyone here know (I'm scared to even ask on the USN). Thanks again for the pics. Most places where I hike limit the blade lenght to 6:(

I've seen and read everything I can find on USN about the Maxped incident. I do like the folks on USN, but on this subject, they seem very unpleasant about explaining and at best, I get that it's a Strider vs. Maxpedition thing. So, with that lack of info and explanation, I'm going to use the gear I find best suits me, unless someone can give me reason not to. So, all that being said, Thanks for the comments, and please post pics of any gear you folks have.;)

It happened about a year ago and was a spat between Mick Strider and the people who market the Maxpedition products. Mick took offence at the personal nature of the attack and the Suspects went berzerk.

In many ways, it was similar to the "Snody-land" nonsense that occurred here in the Custom Forum on BFC last month. Big egos collided and the fanboys piled on.

Anyway, Congrats and show us your PICS!
