You know, I think if you stick to the safer corners of the internet and exercise basic caution, you could probably get away with less.

A ship is 'safe' in the harbor, but that's not what ships are for.

On every computer I've owned, Norton Security Sweet messes things up. My computers like to momentarily pause/hesitate every few seconds with it installed.

Kaspersky. Most people have tons of personal information on their computers these days and I want the best protection I can get. Kaspersky consistently ranks at the top of the lists. I believe you can license up to three computers with each subscription and if you get two or three years at a time it is actually quite reasonable. You only have to lose this game once to have a real problem so choose wisely.
