I was at an antique store today with some time to spare. I wasn't really expecting to buy anything, but I saw this little USA-made Sabre stockman for only $13 and I just couldnt pass! I know it's nothing to special but this is my first stockman that I have ever owned. Overall I like it, at only about 2 3/4" long it's about the size of a case peanut. Actually, one of the main reasons I bought this little guy was to see how I like the smaller knives. maybe if I like it I'll end up with a case peanut in my pocket, you never know!
I like the synthetic scales, they really have a nice look IMO.

If you like it and you paid $13 dollars, you did alright. I've paid more for pizzas that tasted like cardboard.

i heard that....my favorite line from my old boss was...."ive paid more for less"

bb,
congrats on your 1st stockman

Nice find, I love shopping antique stores and pawn shops for homeless old knives. I'm sure your Sabre loves its new home.

Very nice find I dont know anything about it but Im sure its worth 13 bucks if nothing else as a user.

I'll post more info when I find some.
It's actually a pretty decent knife. razor sharp blades, good snap, no blade play and no blade rubbing. the only problem is it has a lot of gaps, you can see light coming through the knife if you hold it up infront of a light bulb. but this doesn't bother me to much as it does not effect the use of the knife.
