antique white micarta

anyone have a line on where to get some "antique" white micarta blanks? i used to have a tops "cochise" knife and loved the scales. any leads on where to get the stuff or who makes custom scales from it would be much appreciated. thanks!
 
Sheffield Knife Supply has it (Ivory micarta). But its not cheap any more. A square foot, quarter inch thick ran me 60$ plus shipping. DM
