I like the looks of a good rustic knife.

This antiqued and blued dagger is made from 1/4" high carbon O1 tool steel. The hollow ground blade is 4-3/8" long with an OAL of 9". The handle is wrapped with burgandy dyed leather.

Wow! This shows how many talented knife makers are here on BF. Total blown away again by the design and workmanship.

That knife could be used in a movie easily, the next Riddick maybe.

Not much I can add to what everybody else has said but it is one kickass blade. If I already wasn't commited to several other blades. I would jump on it. :D

Wow! I really love the look of the leather wrap :thumbsup

Uh, Mark, I reeeeeealy don't think you would want to jump on it. Might hurt a bit...

Thanks for the compliments guys :D

I am really considering keeping this one for myself, as it has that special "old friend" appeal to it.

ery nice....how far did you take down the finish before you blued it?

I meant to let you know before the holiday, this one came in last week and it is very nice. It is a classic beauty and everybody who sees it either wants it or wants to know where they can get theirs. To answer your question it was $140.00 plus S&H. While the knife is probably not the most practicle knife I have ever bought it is absolutely dripping in character and class. Thanks again Jack.
