Antiqued Trailing Point in Stag-Maple Burl

This small trailing-point skinner is forged from 1084 high carbon steel, flat ground with a convex edge, a slight top bevel and an "antiqued" finish. The oval guard and threaded pommel or low carbon steel also with an aged look. The handle is Sambar stag with a core of stabilized Maple Burl wood sided by copper spacers. The knife comes with a leather blade sheath with a carved "Celtic Knot-work" pattern. The knife is 8 3/4" overall with a 4" cutting edge.
