If you can do $130 USD shipped to Canada (can't see it being any different than the USA) then I'll take it!! Will send payment as soon as u give confirmation.

Edit: email sent

Payment sent. Very excited. I'm a fireman here in Canada, and this will be a classy (public friendly) knife for me to use at work.

It sure is. I'm a fan of N690 Bohler steel as well. Should be a great knife for you, mwally. :)

Yes love N690 from Bohler. For my intended purpose the rust resistance, ease of sharpening, and the fact that it is slightly softer and less likely to chip than your true super steels, makes N690 near perfect. I'm also skeptical of how rubber or plastic based handles will stand up to high heat situations - I'll be leaving the knife in my bunker suit pocket. The short OAL is great for not startling the public, as is the classy appearance of the antler. I was also very happy to see a 3" blade on a knife under 6.5". The blade thickness also appeals to me, as I need this thing to be tough, more so than a slicer. It's really exactly what I was looking for.
