Up for your consideration is this hand made friction folder. This is number 8 of a run of 8. It has been on the bench for quite awhile and the other 7 have long since found homes. I finally finished it up, so here goes;

Blade
- 440-C, Flat Ground, Digital Heat Treat to 59-60 Rockwell
- 3" Flat ground blade, .75" wide at ricasso, 1/8" thick a spline.
- Integrated bottle opener tang when closed
Chassis
- Adjustable pivot riding on nylotron washers
- Stainless steel and red fiber liners capped with (white tail?) split antler
- African Black Wood pommel bolster
- Compressed and burnished leather spacer.
- 5.7 Ounces and OAL ~ 8" open and ~ 5" closed
Nicely balance and very smooth action. Hair popping sharp.
