hey all, I’m recently returned to the forums. I used to cut and grind knives from stock but began forging about a year ago, and figure it’s best to , if I want to sell my stuff, go where the people who’d appreciate it most are
So that being said I’ll be posting a lot of my stock I have laying around, then when my day job settles down a bit and my new forge is built I’ll be posting more new stuff eventually
Starting off with this large skinner/hunter I made a few months ago
Like all my knives right now it’s made with high carbon steel, it’s recalimed from a industrial saw mill blade, the steel is hard and durable I just don’t know the type.
hand forged , with a forced pantina , heat treated with two tempering cycles
The knife is 11.5” in total length, 6.5” inches from guard to point and just shy of 3/16” thick
Bit of a recurve to the blade with a gut hook at the point,
handle is deer antler ,leather, palm and blood wood , with a brass drop guard
Asking $275 USD WHICH includes free shipping in North America

paypal accepted for pay end but apparently it’s not good to mention it’s a knife in paying pal messages so please do not include this
