Anvil identification

I only have this picture. It's about 35kg. It's the lion part of a trade so tomorrow. Has anybody seen it before. I'm in the south of Sweden so Germany is pretty close if that helps anybody guess.

I don't know that much about anvils but Peddinghas vas the first thing that came to mind. I even asked the guy how has it but it did not ring a bell.

It lacks the square hardy hole at the Base of the round horn.
 
I thought the hammer handle was over the hardie. It could be a peddinghaus clone by some other foundry.

Whatever it is, it looks good for knifemaking.
 
Yes, it might be a Polish klone but that might not be a bad thing. Eastern Europe has a healthy blacksmithing community.
 
With virtually no waist, I dont think its Peddinghaus.
I always known square & blocky like that one is Italian or region.
